FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS-LET YOUR REVOLUTION TURN YOU ON

My visual muse for this moon is once again my long term collaborator Ines Loughrey. I AM OBSESSED WITH HER WORK. Aquarius is a big fuck you to social norms and Ines’s work embodies this in spades. Ines is an innovative artist with a unique style living the Aquarius archetype of going her own way, which, of course inspires others to do the same.
Ines’s pieces are pure artistic soul alchemy in my eyes. Here are some words from this goddess on expressing an empowered body image through her art.
“This self portrait is one of my fave pieces I painted this past year. It’s an interesting exercise to paint yourself nude; especially in a world where many of us are actively encouraged to not like our bodies, to treat the body as some sort of enemy to be combated into submission, to be ignored, deprived, punished, sexualised and gazed upon. I (like many people) have a complex relationship with my body in spite of the many privileges that come with the intersections of my identity, but my art is largely about accessing pleasure and beauty on my own terms, and so it was certainly interesting (and confronting) to try to walk the walk by way of a self portrait.’

FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS INSIGHT
This is the first of two Aquarius full moons over the next lunar cycle that bookend a new moon in Leo.
Themes for Leo season are ELECTRICITY AND A FIGHT FOR THE LIGHT.
Shit is about to get even weirder and wilder. Circuits are about to blow.
We are experiencing a total re-routing for a complete system reboot, re-ROOT and upgrade; a personal and collective rewiring like nothing we have ever seen or will see for a long time to come.
Aquarius is ruled by Uranus which is all about sudden realisations, breakthroughs and radical reformational change in societal structures. Uranus challenges us to look at things in a RADICALLY new way.
Saturn is transiting Aquarius until 2023. Saturn is all about boundaries and restrictions, Aquarius rules freedom. I think we are well aware now that this is an ongoing collective fight to get free from the draconian powers that be.
Uranus is here to shake us awake to all the ways we are not free.
Leo is ruled by the sun and is all about being unapologetically seen in your highest light.
This moon is gonna bring about a light bulb moment.
Aquarius is the ultimate idealist dreaming of utopia yet when we look at the state of the world we are living in destructive dystopian times.
We either remain trapped or we push the fuck back.
It all starts within. Change on a macro level also has to happen at the micro.
Full moons bring unseen things to the light. Our shadows are the parts of ourselves hidden from sight that we might stuff down into our unconscious mind out of fear/shame/embarrassment or we have a limiting belief of what is possible fogging our inner lens that needs to clear.
This is why this full moon is here. To claim the truth that will see you free.
This first full moon in Aquarius is about a personal inner revelation that leads to your outer revolution.
Aquarius is the zodiac’s highest visionary. This moon is more like a part 1 of a deep dive into your inner vision to really see what needs to be seen for you to live your highest dream in part 2 on the next full moon.
In career, in creativity, in soul purpose, in health, in relationship, in money, in self worth, in beliefs, the list goes on. Depending on where Aquarius is in your chart it will hit each of us differently.
Not to fret.
This moon is ripe for a breakthrough. A breaking down. Like a seed that bursts for the shoots to root and grow.
Chaos and confusion ALWAYS precedes clarity and forward motion.
The immense light of Leo encourages us to be courageous and not turn away from what is standing in your way, to what you need to look in the face.
Full moons are mirrors.
This Aquarius moon has become full so we can see and no longer ignore what has been in the dark or what has been withheld under the surface.
It is a re-routing of your inner circuitry to flow freely without restriction or waiting for external permission.
Aquarius is the water bearer in the zodiac and the star in the tarot here to carry you towards your highest light.
This moon is asking you to bravely look at what seems amiss or you have let slip or drift. A chance to reconnect the dots of what has gotten lost. No matter what the cost.
No matter who you lose or what parts of yourself you have to sacrifice.
Only you know what this means for you personally. For some it will feel more subtle, for some dramatic as fuck.
I have been experiencing a rollercoaster of feelings the last couple of weeks which inspired this poem after I transmuted my emotions into eros which is what I’ll be teaching on in The Cocoon.
Aquarius is in my 5th and 7th houses of creative expression and partnership so here is a poem which is a call to action ritual in and of itself. I hope this inspires the fuck out of you because you are alive and your soul is here to thrive!

By the time full moon comes round again in 4 weeks you will be called to join forces with others like you never have before. It will come to a point where you not realising your light or hiding your light would be a disastrous disservice to humanity and a betrayal of your own soul and the collective evolution.
REUNITE WITH YOUR LIGHT BECAUSE YOUR LIGHT IS EVERYONE’S LIGHT.
