I am on a mission to be A.R.T. 

The Aching Raw Truth of who I really am underneath who I thought I had to be.

My artistry is in service to full spectrum raw expression that centres our individual and collective humanity.

I am here trying to stand in all of who I am whilst taking a stand for more emotionally expressive, creative, re-humanised cultures and societies that refuse to censor their truth and stay quiet.

ways to work with me

  • I offer single sessions to 6 week packages and deeper dives of 3, 6 and 12 month mentoring services. These are for anyone with a voice ready to invest in their expression, creativity and confidence! Let’s get you to where you ache to be and enjoy the embodiment process along the way!

  • I hold liberating, powerful and joyful transformational events that gather community to co-create micro cultures of vulnerability, bravery and care. Together we grow into new edges of our voice, art and confidence in a massively supportive, encouraging, emotionally mature environment.
